These draft Terms describe access to Jochitek Arena at arena.jochitek.com. By using the Service during early access you acknowledge this document may change after legal review.

1. The Service

Jochitek Arena provides tournament configuration, bracket execution, public standings, and related operator tools. Features marked early access, demo, or unavailable may change.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You will not:

cheat, manipulate results, or abuse the Service;
harass players or organizers, or post unlawful content;
attempt to access another organization’s data;
use the Service to violate game publisher terms or applicable law;
resell access without our written permission.

4. Tournaments and competitive integrity

Match outcomes are recorded from configured sources (manual referee entry and, when enabled and verified, game adapters). Automated systems do not decide winners, penalties, eligibility, or payouts. Organizers remain responsible for rules enforcement for their events.

5. Fees

Hosting capacity checkout is gated during early access. Paid features—if offered later—will be disclosed before charge. You are responsible for taxes and compliance in your jurisdiction.
